Each program is carefully designed to provide practical guidance, emotional support, and long-term solutions tailored to your personal needs.
Program Duration & Recommendation
Based on professional experience and careful assessment, we understand that lasting positive change in psycho-social situations requires time and continuity.
For this reason, we recommend a 12-month program to achieve meaningful and sustainable results.
However, to provide flexibility, all programs are available in three options:
* 12 Months (Recommended for long-term change)
* 6 Months (Focused support and progress)
* 3 Months (Short-term guidance and direction)
Flexible Individual Support
In addition to structured programs, you may also choose to book individual sessions based on your immediate needs.
These sessions provide focused support for specific situations and can be used independently or alongside a program.

Which course will be suitable for you?
