Welcome to Hari AS. These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of consultancy services offered by Hari AS in Norway.

2. Description of Services

Hari AS provides consultancy services within social work and social consultancy. 

* Services are delivered as online or in-person sessions.
* One session lasts 20-60 minutes


3. Payment Terms

* Payments are processed through Vipps or other payment methods explicitly stated during checkout.
* Payment must be completed before the session begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
* All prices include applicable taxes (e.g., MVA), unless stated otherwise.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

Under Norwegian consumer law, the right of withdrawal applies to distance services. However, when the service has already been fully delivered and you have explicitly agreed to the start of the service, the right of withdrawal may not apply.


For booked sessions:
* You may cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not refundable.

5. Return and Refund Policy

Since Hari AS provides consultancy services, no physical goods are delivered.

Refund rules:

* Full refund if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
* If Hari AS must cancel a session, a full refund will be issued or a new time will be offered.
* If technical issues prevent completion of the session, Hari AS will reschedule or refund.


6. Complaint Handling (Reklamasjon)

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may submit a written complaint to Hari AS.
* Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue arises.
* Hari AS will respond to complaints within 14 days.
* If no agreement is reached, you may contact Forbrukerrådet (the Norwegian Consumer Council) for further assistance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Hari AS processes personal data in accordance with applicable Norwegian privacy legislation (GDPR).

2. Tjenestebeskrivelse

Hari AS tilbyr konsulenttjenester innen sosialt arbeid og sosialfaglig rådgivning.

Én økt varer 60 minutter (1 time).


3. Betaling

* Betaling skjer via Vipps eller andre betalingsmetoder oppgitt ved kjøp.

* Betaling må gjennomføres før økten starter, med mindre annet er avtalt skriftlig.

* Alle priser inkluderer gjeldende skatter og avgifter.


4. Angrerett

Ved kjøp av tjenester på nett gjelder angrerettloven. Når tjenesten allerede er levert i sin helhet, og kunden uttrykkelig har samtykket til oppstart, gjelder ikke angreretten.

For bestilte økter gjelder:

* Avbestilling senest 24 timer før gir full refusjon.

* Avbestilling senere enn 24 timer før økten gir ikke refusjon.


5. Retur og refusjon

Det leveres ingen fysiske varer.

Refusjonsregler:

* Full refusjon ved avbestilling innen 24 timer.

* Dersom Hari AS må avlyse en økt, gis full refusjon eller ny tid.

* Ved tekniske problemer som hindrer gjennomføring vil ny økt settes opp eller refusjon gis.


6. Reklamasjon

Misfornøyde kunder kan sende skriftlig klage til Hari AS.

* Klager må sendes innen rimelig tid.

* Hari AS besvarer klager innen 14 dager.

* Dersom enighet ikke oppnås, kan kunden kontakte Forbrukerrådet.


7. Personvern

Hari AS behandler personopplysninger i henhold til gjeldende regelverk (GDPR).
