Hari AS is a consultancy company founded to support individuals, families, and communities through professional social work guidance. Built on more than a decade of international and Norwegian experience, Hari AS offers reliable, compassionate, and knowledge-based consultancy services. 

Hari AS is founded by Deepa Burman, a trained social worker with more than 18 years of experience in social work, public health, research, community development, and health education—across both India and Norway. She holds NOKUT-approved MSW and M.Phil. degrees, is a certified Child and Youth Worker (Fagbrev) in Norway, and has extensive experience in kindergartens, BPA services, nonprofit projects, healthcare work, and interpretation.

 Deepa has a long background working with vulnerable groups, including children, youth, families, migrant communities, LGBT groups, people affected by HIV/AIDS, and rural populations with limited health access.

Hari AS was created with the goal of supporting people who face challenges integrating into Norwegian society, drawing from Deepa’s own journey of rebuilding a career in a new country. The company aims to reduce struggle, provide guidance, and empower individuals and communities.
