Terms and Conditions of Sale for Hari AS
1) The Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions of sale, information provided in the booking solution (e.g., via social media/email), and any separately agreed terms. In the event of any conflict between the information, what has been specifically agreed between the parties shall take precedence.
2) The Parties
The Seller is: Hari AS, Øykjabakken 34, 4323 Sandnes, deepa@hari.no, +47 93981629, Org # 835794792, and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/the seller.
The Buyer is the consumer who places the booking, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/the buyer.
3) Price
The stated price for yoga sessions, consultations, and courses is the total price the buyer shall pay. The price includes all applicable taxes and fees.
4) Conclusion of Agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties once the buyer has confirmed the booking and paid via the provided Vipps link or payment solution.
5) Payment
The seller requires advance payment via Vipps or card (Visa/Mastercard) when booking a session or course in order to secure the reservation.
6) Delivery (Execution of the Service)
Delivery is considered to have taken place once the online yoga session/therapy consultation has been streamed, or when the in-person consultation has been completed at the agreed time and place.
For online consultations, the buyer is solely responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, suitable room. If the session cannot be carried out or is interrupted due to technical issues on the buyer's side, no refund will be issued. If the technical issues lie with the seller, a new session or a full refund will be offered.
7) Cancellation and Rescheduling (48-Hour Deadline)
Cancellation or rescheduling of an agreed online session or in-person consultation must take place at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time via email/SMS. In the event of cancellation or a request to reschedule less than 48 hours before the session starts, the session is considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.
8) Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions for Short-Notice Bookings
In principle, the buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the booking date for distance selling.
Please note the exception: Time-specific courses and individual sessions within yoga and leisure activities are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 22 (m) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven).
For consultations and counseling, the following applies: If the buyer chooses to book a session that is scheduled to take place within the 14-day window, the buyer consents to the commencement of the service and to the session being locked into the seller's calendar. The buyer hereby accepts that the ordinary cancellation deadline of 48 hours (see Section 7) overrides the right of withdrawal if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the agreed time.
9) Confidentiality
The seller has a professional duty of confidentiality regarding all personal, private, and health-related information that emerges during psycho-social therapy consultations and yoga sessions. Information will not be shared with third parties without the buyer's express, written consent, unless a statutory duty of disclosure applies (e.g., in the event of an acute danger to life and health).
10) Personal Data
The seller is the data controller for the collected personal data (name, phone number, email). These data are used exclusively to manage the booking and execute the yoga sessions in accordance with the Personal Data Act (GDPR).
11) Dispute Resolution
Complaints shall be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) for mediation (www.forbrukerradet.no).
12) Important Disclaimer and Professional Background
The services offered are led by Deepa Burman, who is a qualified social worker (sosionom) and yoga instructor with experience in social therapeutic (miljøterapeutisk) work.
Please be aware that the services (yoga and psycho-social counseling/talk therapy) are offered as alternative/complementary services in accordance with the Norwegian Alternative Treatment Act (Lov om alternativ behandling). The services are intended as support for personal development, stress management, self-care, and lifestyle changes. They do not replace medical, psychological, or acute psychiatric treatment from the public healthcare system.
If the buyer has known and serious physical or mental illnesses, they are encouraged to consult their own doctor or practitioner before starting. The buyer participates in all physical exercises and consultations at their own risk. The seller cannot guarantee specific health outcomes or results.
Salgsbetingelser for Hari AS
1) Avtalen
Avtalen består av disse salgsbetingelsene, opplysninger gitt i bestillingsløsningen (f.eks. på sosiale medier/e-post) og eventuelt særskilt avtalte vilkår. Ved eventuell motstrid mellom opplysningene, går det som særskilt er avtalt mellom partene foran.
2) Partene

Kjøper er den forbrukeren som foretar bestillingen, og betegnes i det følgende som kjøper/kjøperen.
3) Pris
Den oppgitte prisen for yoga-sesjoner, konsultasjoner og kurs er den totale prisen kjøper skal betale. Prisen inkluderer alle eventuelle avgifter.
4) Avtaleinngåelse
Avtalen er bindende for begge parter når kjøperen har bekreftet bestillingen og betalt via den tilsendte Vipps-lenken eller betalingsløsningen.
5) Betaling
Selgeren krever forskuddsbetaling via Vipps eller kort (Visa/Mastercard) ved bestilling av sesjonen eller kurset for å sikre reservasjonen.
6) Levering (Gjennomføring av tjenesten)
Levering anses som skjedd når den nettbaserte yoga-sesjonen/terapikonsultasjonen er strømmet, eller når den fysiske konsultasjonen er gjennomført på avtalt tid og sted.
Ved online-konsultasjoner er kjøperen selv ansvarlig for å ha en stabil internettforbindelse og et privat, egnet rom. Dersom sesjonen ikke kan gjennomføres eller avbrytes på grunn av tekniske problemer på kjøpers side, refunderes ikke beløpet. Hvis tekniske problemer ligger hos selger, tilbys ny time eller full refusjon.
7) Avbestilling og endring av time (48 timers frist)
Avbestilling eller flytting av en avtalt online-sesjon eller fysisk konsultasjon må skje senest 48 timer før det avtalte tidspunktet via e-post/SMS. Ved avbestilling eller ønske om flytting mindre enn 48 timer før timen starter, anses timen som benyttet, og det gis ingen refusjon eller omberamming.
8) Angrerett og unntak ved kort tid til time
Kjøperen har i utgangspunktet 14 dagers angrerett fra bestillingsdato ved fjernsalg.
Vennligst merk unntaket: Tidsbestemte kurs og enkelttimer innen yoga og fritidsaktiviteter er unntatt angrerett i henhold til angrerettloven § 22 m.
For samtaler og veiledning gjelder følgende: Dersom kjøperen velger å bestille en time som skal finne sted innenfor de 14 dagene, samtykker kjøperen til at leveringen påbegynnes og at timen bindes opp i selgers kalender. Kjøperen aksepterer herved at den ordinære avbestillingsfristen på 48 timer (se punkt 7) overstyrer angreretten dersom avbestillingen skjer mindre enn 48 timer før avtalt tid.
9) Taushetsplikt (Fortrolighet)
Selgeren har profesjonell taushetsplikt vedrørende alle personlige, private og helserelaterte opplysninger som fremkommer under psyko-sosiale terapikonsultasjoner og yoga-sesjoner. Informasjon vil ikke bli delt med tredjeparter uten kjøperens uttrykkelige, skriftlige samtykke, med mindre det foreligger lovbestemt opplysningsplikt (f.eks. ved akutt fare for liv og helse).
10) Personopplysninger
Selger er behandlingsansvarlig for innsamlede personopplysninger (navn, telefonnummer, e-post). Disse brukes utelukkende for å kunne administrere bookingen og gjennomføre yoga-sesjonene i tråd med personopplysningsloven (GDPR).
11) Konfliktløsning
Klager rettes til selger innen rimelig tid. Partene skal forsøke å løse eventuelle tvister i minnelighet. Dersom dette ikke lykkes, kan kjøperen ta kontakt med Forbrukerrådet for mekling (www.forbrukerradet.no).
12) Viktig ansvarsfraskrivelse (Disclaimer) og faglig bakgrunn
Tjenestene som tilbys ledes av Deepa Burman, som er utdannet sosionom og yogainstruktør med erfaring innen miljøterapeutisk arbeid.
Vær oppmerksom på at tjenestene (yoga og psyko-sosial veiledning/samtaleterapi) tilbys som alternative/komplementære tjenester i henhold til Lov om alternativ behandling. Tjenestene er ment som støtte til personlig utvikling, stressmestring, egenomsorg og livsstilsendring. De erstatter ikke medisinsk, psykologisk eller akutt psykiatrisk behandling fra det offentlige helsevesenet.
Dersom kjøperen har kjente og alvorlige fysiske eller psykiske lidelser, oppfordres det til å samråde med egen lege eller behandler før oppstart. Kjøperen deltar i alle fysiske øvelser og samtaler
